Just a little Update

The last few weeks have been some that have held lots of firsts!

A first time for making a video – one with me in it, speaking to a camera! There was so much laughter and lots of ‘Out-takes’ that it took away my ‘nervousness’ of doing something new.

For those of you who have met me, you will know that I don’t usually have a problem with talking!

The reason for finally putting together a video is that I am placing a submission into Hay House Publishing for the book ‘The Emotional Baggage Diet’.

This really has been an amazing experience and the process has opened up a new world of possibility and progress.

I now have a plan for a series of Videos for sharing some of the Tools and Strategies from the book.
